The H. Louis Lake Senior Center offers seniors 50 years and older a multitude of services and activities. No membership is required. The Center is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Activities. The Center is an active participant Senior Citizen's Center. The Center offers many volunteer opportunities, activities, travel opportunities, classes (some in conjunction with Garden Grove Unified School District), holiday parties, sports and special events. Classes include exercise (Tai Chi, low impact exercises), dancing (line dancing, ballroom), crafts (ceramics, jewelry making, sewing, needlecraft), cards (bridge and pinochle), and art. The Center has two regulation pool tables, table tennis, horseshoes, shuffleboard, bocci ball, longevity stick exercise and a weekly walking club.

Services for seniors in the area. Appointments can be made for Legal Aid, Preventative Health Care, Health Insurance & Medicare Counseling, and Tax Assistance. Blood pressure screenings are held on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month (no appointment necessary
