Habitat for Humanity of Talbot County aims to build decent, affordable housing in both Talbot and Dorchester Counties, MD.  We partner with deserving families who are assessed on their willingness to partner and need.  They earn sweat equity toward ownership and assume responsibility for a no interest mortgage and become property tax-paying homeowners.  We rely on volunteer labor and financial contributions to achieve our mission. 
Since 1992, we have helped over 40 families achieve their dream of homeownership.
