As Harford County’s technical high school, our mission is to ensure that every student will become a productive, responsible citizen while achieving mastery of academic, technical and life skills. Harford Technical High School students will accomplish this mission by participating in a challenging learning environment built on a strong partnership among students, faculty, family and community.

In 1978 Harford Technical High School opened as a comprehensive high school offering technical and academic classes. We are located at 200 Thomas Run Road in Bel Air, directly across from the Harford Community College campus.
