Harris Health System's Acres Home Health Center provides essential medical services to both adults and children in the north and northwest neighborhoods of Houston. In addition to providing adult and pediatric primary care, the health center offers specialty care in adult dentistry, ophthalmology and podiatry; and provides on-site laboratory, pharmacy and x-ray services, as well as nutrition and health education, counseling and social services.
