Harrison Township Elementary School is a kindergarten through third grade school with a student population of 800 students. Harrison Township Elementary School is proud of the accomplishments of the students, teachers, and programs. Our school excels in the areas of literacy, mathematics, professional development for staff, special education programs, and parental involvement. We are proud of our accomplishments and understand the dedication and commitment necessary to achieve this level of success.

The staff at Harrison Township Elementary School is dedicated to our students. Our school has over 70 professional staff members, and 40 support staff members, all trained to meet the needs of our learners. Working together as grade-level teams, the teachers successfully implement the curriculum, meeting the needs of all learners through research and standards-based instruction. Support staff members are trained in instructional programs such as Reading Assist (a multi-sensory linguistic program) to complement the instruction in each classroom. Our instructional aide program provides 90 minutes of instructional support in each classroom on a daily basis.
