Julie Creason is a leader, motivator, dreamer, teacher and active philanthropist.

Although she was raised around firearms, it wasn't until about 8 years ago when she re-entered the shooting world as a student in a local NRA Women on Target Instructional Shooting Clinic. She left the class, well, totally hooked! She began actively training, shooting at the range and purchasing her own firearms. Within 3 years, Julie returned to that same class, only as the Clinic Director, for the Women on Target program, committed to training and empowering women, recognizing the difference it had made in her own life. Since then, she has trained over 800 women through this program, has opened her own firearms training company, Aegis Authority, LLC, started the High Desert Chapter of A Girl & A Gun and continues to actively teach and volunteer as an instructor.
