The Jersey Shore Powder Puff League (JSPPL) is an all FEMALE flag football league. This league is made up of moms, sisters, wives, and daughters who work full-time to pay bills, and then pull their hair back and put on their cleats for practice during the week and games on weekends.  These ladies are committed to playing hard and getting down and dirty for a good cause! 
I have created this league in memory of my Dad, Allen "Randy" Carney. He was diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis in 2005 and passed away from this catastrophic disease on August 26th 2006. My Dad was an essential part of this community and I wanted to carry on his dedication and legacy. I will have him in my heart and soul every step of the way to make this league successful this season and years to come. During the season, and the off season, this league will be committed in helping raise money and awareness to fight this disease.
