LEGACY ® Youth Development Institute is a career mentoring and workforce readiness initiative to help junior high and high school students succeed in school, career planning and life.  LEGACY ® Institute is a partnership with the adult professional community to educate, equip, and empower young people by: fostering applied skills, exposing them to a wide range of careers, and offering youth development solutions (mentoring, guidance and crisis intervention).

To present real-world career experiences and opportunities to teenagers and young adults to equip them for the successful pursuit of their choice careers.

To educate, equip, and empower young people with career and workforce readiness tools and resources.

LEGACY Institute provides various services directly and indirectly, to inspire young men and women to stay engaged in their educational pursuit.  In addition the program also equips participants with tools to help them overcome challenges:
