Lilburn City Park is located at 76 Main Street immediately behind the Calvin Fitchett Municipal Complex at the corner of Main Street and Railroad Avenue. The newly renovated 10-acre park features a walking/jogging path, children’s playground, tennis courts, public restrooms, rental pavilion, bandstand, and an open field area. Park hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.

City Park Features:
The newly renovated City Park features an enlarged and improved track with rubberized and gravel areas designed to appeal to both novice and experienced walkers/joggers. The length of the gravel loop is 1,500 feet, whereas, the long track is 40 feet short of a ½ mile at 2,600 feet. Additional decorative lighting and benches were installed along the track. The park opens at 7:00 a.m. with park lighting that is turned on at dawn and again at dusk until 10:00 p.m., when the park closes. Installation of security cameras is planned in the near future.

Aside from the track, another popular recreational activity at City Park is the children’s playground. The playground has been expanded with an exciting array of new age-appropriate equipment to please the kids.

The Tennis Courts are now resurfaced and improvements were made to the fencing and seating at the court, with the addition of a new tennis pavilion in this area. The courts are free to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. Two courts may be reserved for ALTA and USTA League play during season. A new feature for City Park is the Bandstand located immediately behind the Municipal Complex. The Bandstand and adjoining lawn will be used to host Community events, such as Music on Main, Lilburn Daze, and other outdoor entertainment
