Mission
This organization is formed to provide cultural enrichment and entertainment for the community and to provide an outlet for expression of the talents of members and community volunteers.

The specific purposes for which this corporation is formed are to encourage, coordinate, promote, and develop interest in and education for the arts; to produce and present plays and any of the other various forms of live theater, and to enhance the cultural level of the community.

This corporation is organized to meet the provisions of section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 and any corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Code.
