The purposes and functions of the Republican Town Committee of Manchester include encouraging Republicans to run for elective office, conduct Party Endorsements, organize and direct general election campaigns, elected Republicans to office, recommend Republicans to appointive offices, study and recommend improvements in the form of local government, study State legislation concerning Manchester, and administer Party funds in the Town.
