Our Mission Statement

Maplewood United Presbyterian Church is a Christ centered Church whose purpose is to lead people to a saving faith in Jesus Christ, to nurture and equip people in the faith, love and knowledge of Jesus Christ, and to deploy people in servant ministries to the rest of the world.

Our Goal is to know Christ and to make him known.

The members of Maplewood United Presbyterian Church join faithful believers throughout the Church in confessing:

That Jesus Christ alone is Lord of all and the way of salvation.

That holy Scripture is the triune God's revealed word, the Church's only infallible rule of faith and life.

That God's people are called to holiness in all aspects of life. This includes honoring the sanctity of marriage between a man and a woman, the only relationship within which sexual activity is appropriate.
