Marion Public Library is a member of the Outagamie Waupaca Library System (OWLS). OWLS is also affiliated with the Nicolet Federated Library System (which includes Shawano County). A library card issued in Marion is good in Appleton, Clintonville, Shawano, Tigerton and as far away as Door County. There are over a million and a half books, audio books, videos, DVD's, CD's and periodicals in the OWLSnet system.
