The Marion YMCA features a six-lane, 25-yard pool and a 20-person capacity whirlpool. The facility has a large gym and a recently renovated Fitness Center. The Fitness Center has Paramount resistance machines, free weights, Star Trac and Precor treadmills, Stairmaster stair machines, Universal and Stairmaster bikes, and Precor ellipticals. The Fitness Center also has TVs so that you can enjoy your favorite shows while working out! The Marion YMCA has an Aerobics Studio. The wood floor in the studio was replaced in Fall 2003.

The Marion YMCA has locker room facilities for men, women, boys, and girls. While working out, patrons may leave their children at the YMCA Babysitting Service. There are plenty of games and toys for the children to enjoy! Plenty of off-street parking is available.
