McKemie Place is the regions only homeless shelter for single, unattached women, serving Mobile, Baldwin and Washington counties.  Our goal is to provide a safe place for homeless women to have a warm shower, to sleep in safety, have a nourishing meal, receive spiritual and professional guidance. We encourage these ladies to love one another and pray for each other.

We have hope for these women's future unti they have hope for themselves.
