Mexico Area Chamber of Commerce

100 West Jackson Street

The chamber works cooperatively with the business and professional community, the City of Mexico, Audrain County officials, schools, churches, clubs, and organizations. We believe Mexico is a small town success story because of the team efforts of concerned citizens, governmental officials and staff, and the chamber. We will continue to be a team player and will endeavor to keep our membership informed of what’s happening.

About Us:

Founded on December 5, 1898 , Mexico is a growing, active community located in Audrain County in northeast central Missouri. Mexico’s greatest asset is our citizens….hardworking, progressive, ethical, friendly, and caring. We have excellent public and private educational facilities, over 35 churches of all denominations, an outstanding public library, a historical museum complex, beautiful parks, a historic theatre and performing arts center, abundant activities for the avid outdoors-man, and organized programs and activities for all sports and all ages. As host to numerous national and international manufacturers and home to many locally managed or owned businesses, we offer job opportunities to those looking for life at its best.
