We practice sustainable, organic farming for our CSA. We do not use synthetic fertilizers or herbicides. We use and reuse everything on our farm to build our soil fertility and grow you beautiful, healthy vegetables. While there are no guarantees that every crop will be a success, we grow more than 40 different types of vegetables over the course of a 5-month season (mid June-October), and by August our share boxes overflow. We also have fruit, cut flowers, honey, herbs, and we sell pesto made with our own garlic and basil. Egg and meat shares are available through partner farms Pecatonica Valley and Meyer's Meats.

We sell shares each spring, and your support at that time is what helps us buy the seeds and equipment necessary to make the summer season a success.

A share is a box of the best produce we have, picked for you throughout the course of the growing season and delivered weekly. A full share box is approximately the size of one grocery bag full of produce each week. We also offer quarter and half shares. Half shares are full-size boxes delivered every other week. Quarter shares are also delivered every other week, with a smaller amount of produce. A full share will feed a family, half and quarter shares are ideal for couples and individuals. While there are no guarantees that every crop will be a success, the following is a list of what you can expect to receive over the course of a season: Beans Beets Broccoli Brussels sprouts Cabbage Cantaloupe Carrots Cauliflower Chard Collards Corn Cucumbers Eggplant Fennel Garlic Herbs Kale Kohlrabi Leeks Lettuce Melons Salad Mix Onions Parsnips Pumpkins Peas Peppers Potatoes Radishes Scallions Spinach Squash Sweet potatoes Tomatilllos Heirloom tomatoes Rutabagas.
