The Middletown Township Lions Club is part of Lions International, the largest charitable service organization in the world. The Middletown Lions were chartered in 1946 and consist of men and women who want to serve their communities. Guests are welcome at meetings, which take place the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. The club runs a variety of events for charity and is famous for its annual classic car auto meet for Camp Happiness in Leonardo.
