I had to take my grandmother in through the ER for X-rays, the staff was very helpful with getting her a wheelchair and insisted on helping with getting her out of the car. The front desk receptionist was very kind and patient and made the intake process go smoothly. They took us straight back and there was almost no wait. I have to give a special shout out to Brandon the X-ray tech he went above and beyond to make sure grandma was comfortable and he was incredibly sweet and patient with her. Thank you Brandon and all the staff at Minidoka Memorial!!

Best hospital in the community. My wife and I were treated here after our car wreck and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The doctor that treated my wife’s broken wrist was outstanding.

Never again will I come to this hospital, staff are ignorant unprofessional and don't care to help, they'd rather sit at the desk and treat you as if your nuts and shouldn't be here.. my poor 2 year old grandaughter, they made it worse for her than necessary, oh and the best didn't help.. horrible service ever..

this hospitals head of the E.R. is the most unprofessional Dr. has had many compliments filed against her. my mother went to E.R. with chest pains. she was placed in a room with no phone or call button. had to shout to finally get the attention of the staff to help her to the restroom. she was pretty much left on her own. she was there from 9 A.M. until 2 P., no water was brought to her. Dr. Saunders is the head of E.R. and the worst Dr. The staff is also very unprofessional . My Mother will go to Cassia if she has to go again.

I thought it was amazing and all the staff was wonderful! They made me feel very comfortable and I would strongly consider having surgery there again in the future! My surgery was just before Christmas and I was home for the holidays! Had a great experience! The only thing that would have made it better would have been directions on where to go to check-in for surgery! Dr. Wettstein was my surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone... he's awesome any funny and caring.
