The Monongahela Area Library is a non-profit organization, open to all, which is mandated by the state of Pennsylvania to provide library services for everyone in the Ringgold School District, inclusive of these entities - the City of Monongahela, New Eagle Borough, Union Twp., Finleyville Borough, Carroll Twp. and Nottingham Twp. We offer Story Time for children age 3 to 5 years old, Summer Reading Club, Book Bites book club for adults, Friends of the Library group, and a Writers club.
