Mosaic in South Central Iowa has two locations - one in Osceola and one in Chariton. We provide services to more than 80 individuals with intellectual disabilities through the work of 96 dedicated employees. We encourage the people we serve to be involved in the community and to create a life that they choose.

Mosaic's mission is to provide people with intellectual disabilities possibilities and the chance to make choices - a home, roommates, employment and how they engage with their community.
