Mount Jewett Sportsmen's Club

PO Box 282
814-778-7323

The Mt. Jewett Sportsmen's Club was founded in 1967. The first President was the late Pete Zorzi. In June 1970 the club purchased a tract of land at the end of Division Sreet consisting of 20 acres from Mr. and Mrs. Fredrickson. Construction of the first building began in 1972. Since that time additional acreage has been purchased and the members have built the clubhouse along with a large pavillion. The current facilities include a rifle range, 3-D archery range, pistol range and a sporting clays course. The club is active in the Youth Field Day Program, trout stocking, wildlife habitat improvements and the Tri-county sporting clays league. We are affiliated with the Pennsylvania Federation Of Sportsmen's Clubs, and the National Rifle Association
