About Us:

Mystique Community Ice Center is owned by the City of Dubuque, Iowa and managed by Dubuque Community Ice and Recreation Center, Inc. (a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
 
The $7.1 million dollar building was opened on September 18, 2010 and is managed by professional staff, headed by General Manager Ron Breitbach.
