NATIONAL FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE: One Day a week Sports Program for Boys & Girls Ages 4–14. Flag Football is a great way to learn football fundamentals in a fun and easy way. Practices are held the same day as games, just a two-hour commitment. 7-week season with games played either on Saturdays or Sundays. Coaches are screened and trained. Registration includes an NFL Flag team jersey & flag belt to keep.
