Mission:
It is the mission of the New Castle-Henry County Public Library to acquire, organize, and provide materials, programs, and services to meet the educational, cultural, informational, and recreational needs of all persons residing within its library services area.

In order to help us achieve our mission, certain policies are in effect. These policies have been approved by the Library Board of Trustees.
