The New Columbia Civic Association is a non profit organization focusing on community development.  The Civic Association maintains and rents out their community building located at 224 third St, New Columbia, PA.

Meeting time is the second Monday of every month at the community building at 7:00pm .  We urge all New Columbia residents to come and join us in making New Columbia a better place to live and raise children.
