The CSA is built around our specialty, which is salad greens. May-November, each weekly box contains a variety of salad greens, edible greens, vegetables in season and fruits to complement. Fresh Fruits and Vegetables in season and extended season.
Onions, garlic, potatos, cold stored squash and apples are available in the off-season. The box is filled out with our preserved, canned, dehydrated and frozen farm produce, baked goods, jams, syrups, pickles, etc. in the Off-Season.
At prime planting times, we include your choice of bare root grape vines, raspberry canes, heirloom tomato starts, iris bulbs and ornamental plants, as available.
Specializing in local sales of fresh salad greens.
Branching to local sales seasonal vegetables, berries, grapes, apples and hazelnuts. Augmenting the offerings with jams, jellies, baked goods, decorated Ukrainian eggs, quilts, quilt square barn symbols and wooden toys. Providing fresh cut flowers, rare Jack in the Pulpit, iris, trees, shrubs and curly willow sprigs for the floral trade. Nursery stock includes ornamentals, seedless winter-hardy grape vines, raspberry canes, strawberry starts and juvenile blueberry plants.
