The Association of Government Accountants (AGA) is seeking support for a new chapter dedicated to serving government employees and their employers in the North Idaho area.    

 

The AGA serves government accountability professionals by providing quality education, fostering professional development and certification, and supporting standards and research to advance government accountability.  AGA provides members and customers with quality programs, products and services and puts members in contact with other government accountability professionals.  AGA's members are employed by state and local governments, the federal government, and the private sector.  AGA membership also includes students, retirees, and academicians.  

Beyond the tangible benefits are AGA's networking and leadership opportunities at the chapter, regional and national levels, which give members the knowledge and skills to succeed individually and within their agency teams.    

 

AGA invites interested people to attend an organizational meeting in the Coeur d'Alene area scheduled for late October.   Bobby A. Derrick, Past National President and AGA Field Representative and Chapter Consultant will be the keynote speaker.   Join us as we discuss our plans for the future of the new AGA Chapter.
