North Naples UMC is part of The United Methodist Church (UMC).  The UMC has over 33,000 churches in the United States and thousands more around the world.  It is a global church with worship conducted in dozens of languages.  The UMC seeks to meet both the practical and the spiritual needs of people.  It is heavily involved in disaster recovery, the fight against malaria, education at all levels, building wells to provide fresh water, training pastors and church leaders, starting churches and changing communities.
