Mission:

NPCS's mission is providing educational, cultural  and artistic events in the North Pocono Community.  

History:

In 1981, The North Pocono Cultural Society became an incorporated not-for-profit corporation which was organized exclusively for charitable, educational, civic and cultural purposes. It echoes the memories of country fairs and concerts (we talking big, like Dave Matthews!).

Through the years, the organization ebbed and flowed and with it came many programs and events that have greatly enriched the lives of the North Pocono Community.

In 2011, the newly re-organized NPCS steps up to the exciting challenge of taking the organization in new directions. We look forward to working with other townships, partnering with them, some wonderful events for the whole community to enjoy! 

We look forward to the task of the promotion of the arts with local artists and artisans, planning other cultural events such as concerts, lectures, plays and working with the young in all media of arts.

The NPCS especially looks forward in working with you, our community!

The North Pocono Cultural Society meets every 2nd Monday at the Moscow Borough Hall.
