The Northeast Alabama Art Council is dedicated to promoting the arts throughout the northeast Alabama region. Emphasis is placed on providing new venues for local arts, elevating the arts in the public school system and development of art programs for at risk childre. The organization meets the second Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. at Rainsville Public Library. Artists are always welcome
