Our purpose is to glorify God by seeking to reach as many people as possible as rapidly as possible, and help them grow to live reproducing and victorious Christian lives.

Northside is located approximately half way between the Gervais Street bridge and I-26 on Highway 378 (Sunset Boulevard) in West Columbia.

Northside was constituted on January 16, 1949. Through the past 52 years, God has blessed and provided for our church in a multitude of ways. In November 1997, because of the growth of the church, Northside made a monumental decision to relocate. The decision was made with both deep conviction that God was leading us and great excitement for what He had in store for us.

In the spring of 1998, 500 family units made commitments towards the purchase of 128 acres of land on the corner of Highway 378 and Interstate 20. Only eternity will reveal the significance of the sacrifices made by that faithful core of members. These commitments have enabled us to be where we are today.
