Mission

Based on the foundation of quality of life, self-determination, personal choice, and individual dignity and worth, the management, staff and volunteers of Senior Services are committed to providing services for seniors with competency, compassion and professionalism.

The primary goal of the Senior Services Area is to provide comprehensive services so seniors are able to continue to live independently or with caregivers in their own homes and communities, avoiding the need for residential or institutional care for as long as possible.  We offer a wide variety of programs and services for older adults and their family members.  Services include Information and Referral Services, Comprehensive Case Management, Adult Day Services, Catholic Home Care and Chore Housekeeping Services, Senior Centers, Home Delivered Meals, Congregate Meals, Service Coordination in our Senior Residences,  Adult Protective Services, Senior Employment Program, Hospital Transition Program, Transportation Services, and Family Caregiver Programs.
