The mission of the Northwood Education Foundation is to financially aid Northwood School District in providing a superior learning environment for the entire community.

Who we are:

The Northwood Education Foundation, founded in 1994, is a tax-exempt, non-profit charitable organization. Since its inception it has helped forge a community partnership in education through raising and contributing money to needed projects at Northwood School, Minong, WI. It has created an endowment to ensure financial stability and a continuing source of funding for educational advances at Northwood School.

Initially, the foundation strove to help construct the athletic complex to complete the school campus. Generous donations accomplished what the district alone was unable to do without substantially raising taxes. With the fields in place, Northwood Education Foundation has looked toward other academic horizons. The possibilities are limitless!
