Old Hilliardfest includes a selection of food vendors, various organizations and small businesses with information booths, a number of artisans with merchandise for sale, and several venues with live music. The festival lasts throughout the day and then in the evening there's an after hours festival that continues late into the evening and features food and music. Old Hilliardfest is a non-profit organization with 501(C)(4) tax status. The organization consists entirely of volunteers.
