Mission

The mission of the Ontario-Montclair School District, a diverse learning community committed to excellence, is to guarantee all students master the skills and develop the character that provide the foundation for success.

The OMSD Strategic Plan is undergoing its first complete renewal since 1996. A thirty-four member Strategic Planning Team, representing a cross section of the Ontario-Montclair School District, met May 4-6, 2004 to review and revise its beliefs, parameters, and identify objectives to be achieved by all students. Seven strategies were reviewed and revised. The accomplishment of strategies will bring the District closer to the achievement of its mission and objectives over time.
