The Opechee Garden Club was founded in 1939 by Thelma Bryant and is one of the oldest in New Hampshire.  It is a member of the New Hampshire Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc. and the National Garden Clubs, Inc.

Most months members meet the 1st Monday of the month at noon  in the Gilford Community Church, Potter Hill Road, Gilford.

Monthly meetings are themed with guest speakers and refreshments. 

The Annual Garden Tour, Luncheon & Sheilah's  Boutique and Christmas House Tour & Green Sale raise funds for scholarships and the betterment of the community.
