Oregon Sportsmans Club

1726 Sand Hill Road
608-835-3314

The Club was organized and chartered in 1970. The Club owns approximately 26 acres of land, which borders Hook Lake on the East, and is located in the Town of Dunn. The Club has donated approximately $4,000 to Town of Dunn parks and PDR programs, as well as financial support to the local Boy Scouts and other local groups. Our ground have become a regular visit for people to walk and exercise their dogs.

Our Club offers our member an opportunity to participate in archery and shotgun sports. We work with youth of all ages to teach them the skills of archery, gun safety, hunter safety, snowmobile safety, ATV safety and the challenge of competitive competition. The Club has offered Hunter safety courses for over 25 years, and over 1,000 boys and girls have taken the course. Our youth archery involves about 100 or more youth each year.

Our facilities are offered, free of charge, to local organizations, such as the Shriners, Oregon Sno-Blazers, Boy Scouts and the American Chesapecke Association. We work and support the 4H groups and the Boy Scouts to give them a place to expand their skills and further their achievements.
