In order to achieve this educational commitment, it is necessary to set appropriately high standards andexpectations for learning with emphasis on acquisition of basic skills.It is further essential to provide strong administrative leadership, and a structured, disciplinedenvironment which is conducive to effective teaching and learning.

Clearly defined educational objectives, frequent evaluation of staff and pupil achievement, on-goingstaff development and parent involvement are all key elements which will be utilized to ensure thesuccess and fulfillment of every student.
