Belief Statement:

Philadelphia Baptist Church is a locally governed body of biblically baptized believers who have come together in obedience to Christ to carry out the dictates of the New Testament.

We believe that the visible church is a congregation of believers associated in the faith and fellowship of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

We practice personal & ecclesiastical separation on the basis of the Word of God. Philadelphia Baptist Church has but one Head: the Lord Jesus Christ. All of our services focus on His rightful place as Head of the Body.

We believe that the Holy Bible was written by men, divinely inspired, and is a perfect treasure of heavenly instruction with God as the author. We only use the King James Authorized Version and believe it is still Gods preserved word for English speaking people.

We believe in the Tri-unity of God referred to as the Trinity-the full God head and deity of the Father, The Son and The holy Ghost and that these three are one.

We believe in the pre-millennial, pre-tribulation's, literal bodily return of our Lord Jesus Christ in the air.

We are an old-fashioned church. At Philadelphia you will find many who embrace His precious truth as we have fellowship one with another, walking in Christian love.
