Preservation Advocates For Terre Haute

Preservations Advocates for Terre Haute a nonprofit all-volunteer organization dedicated to protecting and preserving one of the last and largest expanses of largely unspoiled wild land in northern Fairfield County, Connecticut.

The Preservation Advocates for Terre Haute (PATH) have been working actively to:

Permanently preserve at least the most sensitive portions of the property  ideally through a conservation easement, and Dramatically expand the recreational, educational and inspirational opportunities. In particular, PATH is encouraging Bethel residents to discover the treasure that is Terre Haute. A pictorial brochure was mailed to every household in 2001; public events have been held on Earth Day and other occasions; activities on the property have been sponsored and more have been scheduled.
