Our Mission :

The P.S. 153 family of students, teachers, parents, and administrators are living their mission statement: "Learning today in order to build a solid foundation for a brighter tomorrow." We believe that Standards and data driven instruction are integral to educational success and are dedicated to achieving academic excellence for the entire learning community. Working hand-in-hand with the parents of our students, we will assess and minister to the needs, interests and abilities of all youngsters, ensuring their cognitive, creative and social growth, and their entrance as productive citizens into society.
