The festival is non-profit, supported by the Hawaiian Tourism Authority, the County of Hawaii, presented by KAPA FM, and stewarded by Kalani Oceanside Retreat in Pahoa, HI, where most of the festival activities take place .This year, the festival includes culinary dinners, classes, workshops, special events, market visits and farm tours.
