Richmond Parks and Recreation

Cub Scout Pack 349

RSGSA strives to provide a quality community-based, recreational, soccer program that improves coordination, fitness, and individual soccer technique; enhances socialization skills, and creates rounded team players in a fun and competitive environment.
Summer Recreation Programs began the week of June 17th with over 215 children and teens participating in programs ranging from the golf, horseback riding, cartoon drawing, creative sculpting, Irish dance, Art Enrichment Camp, preschool programs and more.
Elementary Summer Rec participants have been to Santa's Village, bowling, roller-skating, mini-golfing as well as enjoyed many games and crafts. A magic day including a performance by Richmond's own "Nino the Magician" at Memorial Hall (pictured beow) for the Kindergarten through 5th grade children was a huge hit as were the treats provided afterwards by Skoopers Unlimited. During the final two weeks the children will participate in a Carnival Day at Bennett Park, visit the indoor water park at the Grand Geneva Resort and enjoy an evening of games, firefly catching and snacks at Horse Fair Park.
