About us :

My interest in art started in the early Seventies while working in the mines of Western New Mexico where I listened and took note of conversations between man and earth. Later some of the notes became mining poems. Good miners had a innate feeling for the movement of ground, and they had the gift of strength and balance. The mines were a good place to think about art and life. I started working with recycled steel in 1986.

For the past six months my work has been inspired by sandstone fossils and how they appear to break from the stratified bondage of time. To me, the fossils seem to glide with thermal cradled ease. This observation initiated the "Glide Of Fossils" series. I believe there are few experiences as exciting as being a witness to the unfolding of the imagination.
