About Us:

We are a strong presence within our community. When people need help, they know that RUMC will be there to help. We are experiencing a renewed commitment to be disciples of Jesus Christ and to share Christ's love with one another. This is a great time for those seeking a new church to join us. The church was built in 1992 and is fully handicap accessible. A cry room is adjacent to the sanctuary with curtained windows. Parents are able to close the curtains for privacy or open the curtains to see the service while caring for their children. Our worship service is a blend of traditional and contemporary. Our children participate by ringing the bell and lighting candles, our youth run the projection system, and adults are worship leaders. Church can happen anywhere.  It happens when we create learning opportunities that transform lives. It happens when we create safe environments where children can play and learn. It happens when education makes the path to citizenship a little easier. And when our sacrifices help nourish students’ minds and bodies. That’s putting beliefs into action.
