It's a new non-for-profit, that is geared to assist the community of Kokomo. This nonprofit will assist all populations but its main focus will be young adults from age 18-25yrs old. It will provide workshops, trainings, and educate the young people on different stages of life.  It will aslo assist parents, case managers, guardians and others who need assistance with troubled teens. Safe Refuge will bridge the gape of everyday life events, and concerns for those who are in need of services.
