History of Saint Mark :

The groundbreaking for St. Mark Church was in September 1988. St. Mark began as a mission of Immaculate Conception Church in 1990. The first mass was celebrated on Christmas Eve, 1990. On January 1, 1993, the church was given the name of St. Mark, and it became an official and separate parish in July of 1995. At that time, Rev. Eugene Sweeney, S.M. was assigned as the first pastor. He served in that position until July, 2004. Fr. Dan Triulzi, S.M. was welcomed as associate pastor in November, 2001. In July, 2004, the Rev. John J. Klobuka, S.M. was installed as the new pastor of St. Mark Catholic Church. In 1996 there were 413 registered families. The parish continues to grow with over 1100 registered families in 2004.
