Mission

The mission of the City of San Fernando's Department of Recreation and Community Services is to develop and implement programs and activities that provide for the well being and personal development of the city's residents. The staff is dedicated to creating those experiences that provide for good citizenship, a sense of community, and for a better quality of life.
