Our mission is to provide donation-based programs and services that keep Placer County seniors safe, in their homes and independent for as long as possible. We rely on community support and utilize volunteer efforts to provide: Meals on Wheels, Transportation to daily errands or medical appointments, Information and Assistance, Home Modifications, Safety Repairs, Friendly Visitors and Housing Placement Assistance. We serve western Placer County including Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Colfax, Auburn and Granite Bay.
